ASSESSMENT OF THE BREWERY COMPANY’S COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Abstract

The assessment of the competitive advantage of a product provides an opportunity to define the position of this product among the products of the competition. For this purpose the product is compared to the competitors’ same or similar products that satisfy a fixed need. Based on this assessment the brewery company can take a decision on the actions to be undertaken for the provision of an efficient market realization of the product offered.
