Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze today's global marketplace and his dependence of supply chain companies and their capabilities. Ability that is necessary to lead in the global marketplace is effective inventory management, which requires tools that can be used by their users. Part of this effective management is the use of information, and the role of new technologies in inventory management such as RFID.
