The lack of research practice in regard to the negative and demotivating aspect of work process is a serious obstacle to the efficiency of motivating messages of the management body. The change of attitude to work and the “attack” against demotivation in the field of public administration can also be achieved through purposeful efforts for changing the behavior of the managing persons taking into consideration global studies and trends.
