WHY DID BULGARIA ACHIEVE MINIMUM SUCCESSES DURING ITS TRANSITION PERIOD?

Abstract
The present paper regards the author’s view that the major problem of the transition period of Bulgaria is that none of the political parties and the politicians within the country have complied with the expectation of the society, and none of them have justified the hopes which have felt upon them. And this is especially valid for the last three governments which succeeded to stay in full their terms of office.
