CLUSTER INTEGRATION – AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF SMALL AND MIDDLE ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The contemporary economic processes necessitate integration of small and middle enterprises through forming of different unions amongst them. The cluster formations are nowadays form of cooperation. The establishment of clusters is important for the creation of innovative, high productivity and competitive small and middle business and for the steady regional and national development. The purpose of this paper is to examine the matter and principles of making clusters and to study the basic features of the cluster design.
