APPLICATION OF THEORY FOR MASS SERVICES IN THE TOUR-OPERATOR SERVICES

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present methods for analyses and evaluation of the services tour-operator firms, which is serve as a base for taking decisions for increase the effectiveness in this process. On the base of this substantial analyses is to make decisions about the main parameters for the system of services. Mathematical relationship were used to show the connection between main characteristics and parameters for the system of services. About this examined tour-operator firm is made an evaluation about quality of the organization and the effectiveness in their activities.
