DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES THROUGH LONG-LIFE TRAINING

Abstract

One of the management challenges of the XXI century is a new understanding of human resource in enterprise as human capital. Everyone needs the same degree of good income, good health and education. Three indicators are interrelated and although the lead is taken income is obvious that they are far from sufficient to achieve the sustainable and harmonious development of human being. Human development also depends on the level of education and the opportunity to conduct a long and healthy life.

personality - personification of the important human caracteristics and the acivities he does.
necessity - It is an objective or subjective inner necessity for satisfying a physiolocical or a psychological need.
activity – direction of the human activity.
Action – a process by which some aims can be reached.
