SETTING UP TEAMS AND TEAM ROLES IN PROJECT ACTIVITY

Abstract

Modern requirements for project management aim to create project teams that are capable to work for the achievement of the objectives under the dynamic external conditions. This is a re quirement directed also to the specialists part of the project groups, the subcontractors and all project partners. At the same time different risks occur caused by economical, technological, political, social and legal factors, external for the organization. Besides them, project managers have to deal with in ternal risks related with the creation of teams and their management within the established organiza tional structure of the company. In such dynamic ambience the effective project management requires by project leaders to understand the relationship between organizational and behavior variables. They are engaged with the task to convert the variable and multifunctional work group in a team and to cre ate an atmosphere of integration and deduction to the project aims and tasks.
