FORMS AND METHODOLOGICAL MEANS FOR ENHANCING THE WAGES MOTIVATION

Abstract
It is necessary to achieve an adequate level of motivation in the employee’s behaviour to achieve maximum production efficiency at the maximum utilization of the workforce. Various motivating theories contribute significantly to improve the management approaches including the application forms and systems of labour’s payment. Ultimately that leads to "enrichment" and "expansion" of the labour, participation of hired workforce in the problems and ways of business management.
