Abstract

The changes that occur in the business environment, predetermined changes in the nature of organizations and approaches to their management. The modern conception of leadership is associated with the implementation of best practices for the overall successful development of organizations found in human capital management, customer relationships and partners in understanding the importance of the constructs of corporate culture, organizational identity and reputation, as the ability to create organizational reality that motivate, engage and inspire members of the organization in achieving the corporate vision.
