RUSSIAN EXPERIENCE REALIZATION OF COMPETENT IN MANAGER TRAINING PROGRAM

Abstract

This paper presents the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing one of the theoretical and methodological approaches (competence) to develop training programs for managers on the example of Russia's leading university, which has twenty-five of experience in training managers.
