METHODS FOR RESEARCH ON SEASONALITY IN TOURISM
SNEZHINKA KONSTANTINOVA
Abstract
This work presents three methods for research on seasonality. Subject of research are the seaside public travel companies. Determined are the advantages and drawbacks of the different methods. Linear and non-linear models of seasonality are built. It is indicated that the method of research using the relations between actual and smoothed up values gives the best results in this specific case.
