THE DEPTH OF THE PRESENT BULGARIAN CRISIS WAS PRELIMINARY PROGRAMMED

Abstract
The logics of history suggested that all the governments of the transition should apply a premarket policy. And they have done so, up to their level of competency, and consequently since 1997. As a result the Bulgarian model appeared to be far away from the so-called “best practices”.
The problem is that, on the way of dismantling the economy of the totalitarian state in our country, dismantling of the system of state and governance itself was achieved to extent inacceptable elsewhere, an unbearable desocialization of society.
