THE SUCCESSFUL LEADER OF XXI CENTURY

Abstract
The successful leader is an educated and initiative specialist, competent in various fields, which possess a wide common culture, adequate self-assessment and high moral qualities. He is an artist, generator of ideas and that gives him the freedom to adopt foreign ideas, without feeling threatened by displacement or exposed to the temptation of assigning foreign developments, hence they have enough their own. The successful leader has the ability to allocate real beneficial innovations by simply one, modern for the moment, seek those which are able to benefit from the performance of the team and maintain reasonable initiative. Creative interests are aimed not only to his official problems and achieve real results, but also of creative growth of his team members. The successful leader is aware that the comfortable psychological atmosphere in his team is a guarantee for success. The business culture in the team must be at a high level. The modern head-manager has well-developed strategic thinking and has no difficulties with decision making of strategic, daily or urgent tasks, and sees things in perspective.
The successful leader of XXI century is a positive leader, inspiring employees to aim higher, work harder, achieve more for less time and in particular, to get satisfaction from the work they are doing.
